Orange Pekoe & Pekoe Cut Black Teas.
Brewing: For 1 quart (32 oz). Bring 2 cups of cold water to a rolling boil. Gently pour boiling water over 1 tea bag. Steep 3-5 minutes, remove tea bag and sweeten to taste. Add 2 cups of cold water and chill. To prepare a half gallon use 2 tea bags and 8 total cups of water.
