Address Correction: $10.00 If you provide us with an incorrect house number, street name, or zip code, UPS will bill us $10.00 and we will pass that cost on to you. This company has paid that $10.00 about 100 times in the past without reimbursement and we cannot continue anymore. The cost will be passed on to you. This fee must make UPS millions of dollars each year and we contributed about $1,000 so far. Please, please, please double check you delivery address. If you're not sure, please find out first. Improper addresses will also delay delivery of your package by as much as 10 -15 days.
Hidden (Concealed) Damages Save the damaged item and all packing materials in the original carton. Liability for in transit damage is the responsibility of the carrier. YOU MUST INITIATE CLAIMS PROCEDURES as we can not do this for you. It is your responsibility to hold the carton and its contents until final resolution of the claim. Contact UPS 800-742-5877. UPS will ask for the tracking number listed on the label of the package, your address, the contents of the package, the portion of the package which was damaged and the value of the damaged goods. The shipping information will be on the shipping label. Regardless of the value of the damaged goods you MUST request an on-site inspection of your damage goods. |
