| 1 cup Brown Sugar
½ cup Butter 1 Egg ¼ Cup Buttermilk 1 tsp. Zatarain's Root Beer Extract 1 ¾ Cup Flour
Mix brown sugar, butter, egg, milk and root beer extract until fluffy. Stir in flour, soda, and salt until smooth. Chill for at least 1 hour. Drop by tsp. onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool and frost with Root beer frosting. Root Beer Frosting 8 oz Cream Cheese ½ Cup Butter 2 tbsp. buttermilk 1 ½ tsp Zatarain's Root Beer Extract Mix sugar, butter; stir in extract and
milk.
